great visuals, the art, and the slow, waiting animation of the ''waiting for jack to arrive'' style, was spot-on, and very similar to the actual cartoon series, GOOD JOB!
however, the ending, was a bit anti-climactic.
pffft! i was expecting more!

next time, add more stuff, and more humour, pretty cool work, i expect more from you, you have lots of skill! YOU ARE GOOD.

Haris responds:

Thank you for the kind words, man :)

hahahahaha, hillarious, i felt both bad for the little sun/star that had no friends, and for the people that it destroyed, oh man, that was very funny, please do more things like this, epic expressions, and a great animation overall.

FrankBooth responds:

Really glad you had that extreme a response :)

in the start, this seemed like YET ANOTHER madness tribute, and a fight vs endless zombies, and then i saw zobie hank, and some other new zobies too.
the action was fast paced, and cool (was this FBF? and what was the FPS? 20?)
and everything went well, but in the end, something cool happened!
i liked it, and i must say that this was quite original. nice battle, and nice characters introduction.

ps. did you draw all of the characters, or were they sprites? either way, the animation was good.
tho if u did them, that was awesome. if not, still cool animation, and i enjoyed it, do more.

ok, good movie, and you did great drawings for a stick movie, i liked the character designs, the anime-style eyes, and hair, and the well-drawn weapons, and the keyblade, while the backgrounds were also good, and the fog effects, and the battle scenes were good.

also, the story, had some nice humour scenes, like the one with the letter, or the grandpas long narration.
tho, the story is similar to kingdom hearts at parts, and every new stick movie could use some originality man.
however, this story isnt exactly TOO similar to a kingdom hearts movie/game, so maybe there is alot of potential for this to become an original cartoon series....
so, in the next episodes, better focus more on an adventure with sticks, trying to liberate their homeworld from evil foes, and having original characters(like the protagonists friend, the red-hair dude with the uzi's, or the enemy with the straw-hat) and less K.H storyline.
tho, the keyblade idea should remain, just make everything else in the script different.

the movie was good, and the animayion quality and speed.
good movie for a series start, i enjoyed it, i justs hope that it will remain original and fresh story-wise in the next episodes, that is all.

keep it up!

Squarion responds:

Thanks for la review. I started out this project way back in 2006, but only started completing it now. We are just as cautious as you are to the storyline being too similar to the original KH, but I can guarentee that this isnt just a stick version and renamed Sora to Glenn, infact id consider Glenn to be completely different from Sora. The keyblade is practically the only thing kingdom hearts about it (no disney worlds, or familiar kingdom hearts faces like riku or kairi) . I hope you look forward to the upcoming episodes, as they will reveal the significance of the keyblade in this world, as well as many other mysteries.

amazing. my favorite part was how the main character found out that he was neo's brother, and that he was the ONE, and that he was destined to save mankind from the evil sogun. the final battle was awesome as well.

do more, i demand a sequel.

ok, funny and well-drawn, but could be a bit bigger.
nice stuff, tho, do more!

it was nice in the first 5 seconds, but after that, there was only music, and a white screen.
maybe there is a glitch in the movie?

well please repair this

magnificent, pat-tastic! snake defeating, awesomeness, man!
patrick did it again, and pwned the snakes.
what's more to ask in this masterpiece?

a sequel.

do more, nice stuff here.

Mebbe

nice movie, amazing drawing skills, EXCELLENT, AND EPIC FACES (and expressions too), the pokemon characters were just right, and the movement was fluid, (what was your FPS, amn? it seemed fast!) also, was it tweens, or FBF?

and everything was good, BUT! the story ended in a dead-end.
after the guy with the pikatchu won (walt?), i was expecting from the guy with the hat & glasses to pull out of his pocket a new pokemon, dunno, a charizard with a swiss-army knife, or a turtoise with a gun, or something like that, a gangsta pokemon that would kill the other guy's pikatchu or something cool.

instead, the story ended ina a mundane way, and had the glasses-guy (jess?) killing himself.
kinda sad. and left an emptyness in the movie.
visuals were good, great! but story was lacking at the end.
the post-credits little part was good and clever tho, nice touch.

im not great, i just think that since you have so much talent in your art, you could add a bit more of story in this, and you could add alot more jokes in that, in so many ways, that it would have been insanely funny.
you have the skills, just try adding a bit more story/stuff/humour in it.
you rock sir!

actually, its very well done, and very funny, good job man!
do more movies like this, i liked how you managed to nail mr.gabe's face and expressions, and i loved his little agenda, that had all of his daily tasks, and i liked how all the ''food'' tasks were ticked, and the ''do excersize'' task was left unticked/untouched, haha....

nice short, i liked it alot, do more animations, and stuff like this.
ps. the ''spy-clock'' was very clevrly done, nice!

RottenesK responds:
