a cool movie, fived!

well, its a good movie, with good graphics(did you draw the clock characters on your own? if so, its great... if not, then its still ok...
and if you only used the old classic .fla's of old clocks, then uhh, good use of the old .fla's, i guess...),
the movie also had a funny story, good action, a nice cameo of the legendary ''atomic bar'' enviroment, (from atomic-clock's classic movies-), which resulted in a nice punchline in the end of the movie. oh, and i liked the whole ''i just wanted you to get away for the afternoon'' joke. it was good.
good animation, cool jokes, and some payback time for bob.
all's well.

its good to see that you're making flash movies again.

PS: i have a longsword, its quite awesome and useful for various skirmishes.
remember: sir BB10 is a swordsman.

hahahaha!
short but sweet movie, with nice, fluid animation, good speed, gr8 details, nicely drawn fruits(with good face expressions as well...), and a nice, funny story/ending as well...
great animation, great humour!.
what can i say? you're good man, keep it up!

10/10

nicely drawn+well animated (short) movie, with good sequences, nice action lines, a PERFECTLY drawn ''flame''-line of the spaceship that approached the ''stone planet'', and a nice depiction/animation of the same spaceship reaching the planets surface.
then, an equally (nicely) drawn astronaut gets out of the ship, and declares that this planet is conquered/explored in the name of his country/world...
then, things became weird. [SPOILERS] he removed his helmet, and he died?
he froze to death, only to reveal that the countless amounts of broken, petrified ''round, smiling stones'' that existed on the planet were infact, human heads, frozen due to spacemen removing their helmets(WHY?!)...
other than having the element of a ''comedic irony'', i dont see why this happened, even if it was a (kinda) funny gag to depict.
unless the planet's atmosphere had gasses that forced the astronauts to remove their helmets...
but that wasnt shown in an obvious way, so the logic/meaning in there was lost.
[END OF SPOILERS]
other than that though, the whole movie was good.
it had great animation sequences, and amazing visuals/drawings in general.
also its speed was good...

all in all, great work, keep it up, and do more like this.

wow! this movie is the emitomy of ''cuteness''!!!

a smiling girl, puppies, donut dinosaur's, the jumping moon, flying marshmallows, and baby bee's?!
CUTE OVERLOAD!
perhaps the only cuter things could be baby dolphins, dolphins in general, bunnies, and uhh baby kangaroo's? well, still, it was a nice parade of absolute cuteness, and it did its job:
it cheered us all up(temporarily), from the shocks of 2016, while it also reminded us
(SPOILERS) in the end, that our world is indeed a beautiful place worth saving, but it IS in big danger and we need to stop wars/battles if we want to survive...
i loved how the movie changed rapidly from ''dark 2016/modern reality'' to ''colourful/hopeful (cute) fantasy'', to change yet again back into the dark, ''modern'' reality that is today, filled with bad news, uncertainty and fear.
lets hope that the wars will stop one day, and that logic will prevail. we only have one life, and one earth to live into, and thats a very important thing to remember.
(END OF SPOILERS)

all in all, it was a good movie, nicely animated, and well-presented, while it had a good message to deliver, a message hiding beneath all that (seemingly) shallow joyness/cuteness...

good work, keep it up!

well, this was sad, and nicely depicted, as it showed us a devastated, broken sonic, who barely clung to life, and whose time was soon coming to an end...
(its similar to the actual status of the character in the videogame franchise: the character's popular and he's nicely designed, but his games have long-lost their artistic flare/the ''fun'' element a long time ago, and nowadays, only silly/random/empty games with sonic get created, with the result of lower sales for (new) sonic games, and the eventual ''death'' of the character...

and
even if sonic's existence will get prolonged+supported by various nostalgia fans/random gamers/sonic-lovers(both in a good/bad way)...
soon, one day his presence will end, due to the developer's lack of commitment/originality, which damage the whole v-game industry, in many ways.
(a repetition, that is also seen in various super-mario/luigi/zelda titles, to a lesser extend).

NOW! about the movie:
the start/setting was excellent, the hospital was drawn nicely, and i liked that the background had a dark, gloomy sky, showing the general melancholy of the whole setting...
also, showing mario appearing through a green pipe in the hospital's front yard, was another good detail! bravo!
the nurses/hospital room/sonic/sonic's friends/mario AKA=the whole characters of the movie were nicely drawn, they had good face expressions, their movements+actions were nicely animated, the whole scene was executed perfectly, with NO need for dialogue whatsoever, (which is a difficult thing to achieve in a movie, and thats good...), and a nice sequence of events, which lead to the character's tragic demise:
sega created (yet again) one more (unoriginal) sonic game, and it turns out that THIS was the last straw that killed sonic, making him to fail and to die, which resulted in mario preparing a ''+1-UP'' (extra life/revival) mushroom, (in order to save sonic), but alas, shadow told to mario that ''it was too late''(and that people were beating a dead horse, in this case, a broken idol...).
so, sonic died, and his life-ring fell down, and crumbled in pieces... (this was also one of the best scenes in the whole movie, very nicely animated, with good FPS speed, and good details, it was by far one of the best+most memorable scenes of the movie... very sad and dramatic...)
also the character's expressions with them seeing sonic's end were spot-on, from the obsessive girlfriend amy, to the devastated friend/protege of sonic, tails, to the calm+reserved shadow, who grieved his acquaintances death in a more distant, ballanced way... with some sadness, yes, but without any obvious signs of strong emotions...
thats shadow for you!

all in all, great work, good design, excellent animation, and clever criticism on today's gaming/videogames ''quality''(or lack thereof).

you are awesome, keep up the good work!

Ant0on responds:

Wow! :D Really amazing to read such detailed impressions and deep analysis lol. Thank you for taking your time to write about such thoughtful observation! :) I'm glad you enjoyed the film, and I hope you will enjoy the continuation of this story in part 2!

this was a nice, short, cute lil movie.
i liked how blue-stone clock had red, bloodshot ''eyes''(AKA=his clock-eye), and i also liked that he pressed that button, and that he got HIGH!
it seems that...
blue-stone clock got stoned...
badum tish

anyways, nice animation, cool loop, but it needs some things:
-add a preloader, or a play/replay button.
people often dont like loops, and they prefer a nicely orchestrated movie, even if its very short.

-add a few more scenes/make your next movies longer.

-always add jokes/humour.
its never a bad thing! ;)

all in all, its a nice movie, and i enjoyed it.

happy 420!
*snoop approves*

a very nice collection of animations that you've created throughout the year...
good animations, nice design, nicely drawn characters, and alot of action, while i like the few bits of humour here and there...
good work, i like your skills, keep it up!

Ismartal responds:

Thank you very much, I hope to continue to improve it

hahaha! what a great start for the bruce wizard saga...

indeed, the jackson/brice wizard friendship is an awesome part of the series, and i like how jackson is standing next to his pal, while the whole pic/group depiction of the duo is looped, replicated and repeated in the next few seconds of the scene, while it gets even more intricate and looped in the end...
i also like that (strangely) bruce wizard's one foot is shoeless, while his shoeless foot is actually, a CD-music player(!!!). as for his gun-hair, its a nice touch. i guess that's how he defeated his magic enemy wall(de)mart...

i liked how mr ''eagleeyes'' was talking to bruce, and i also liked his design, while i loved the final punchlines between bruce wizard+jackson.
''are you trying to sebruce me''? EXCELLENT!
great movie, i hope that this will become a long series.
keep it up!

as wizard of zardoz would've put it...
MAGNIFICENT!

once again, you've created a wonderful movie, filled with many excellent jokes, great drawings of the characters/of their face expressions, and of wacky/cool/accurate(at some parts)/awesome comedic moments in your movie...

i mean, i loved how smug/arrogant bruce wizard's face was, and his mannerisms/arrogance/expressions were very accurate, spot-on!
i also liked his recurring friendship with thomas jefferson, (who is the voice of wisdom in all this mess).
and the turtus/zardoz wizard joke was excellent as well, while the hat wars scene was awesome, along with bruce wizard's hat/shot trick....
aaaand the selfie wars moment was cool as well...
i particularly liked that bruce wizard was so ''fragile'' and ''needy'' of taking a selfie, while thomas jefferson only did it for the purpose of keeping a historic record of his e-battles... same thing applies to their #hashtag-mentions, where each one had a corresponding tag, which matched their (probable+assumed) personalities!

ah, what a great movie!
i loved every moment in it, and it was beautifully drawn/animated, with top-notch humour.
great work as always, keep up the good work!
